No returns on any used parts or sale merchandise. 
No returns on electrical. 

Before returning any item you must contact Harper's Moto Guzzi for a Return Authorization Number. 

 This number must be visible on the OUTSIDE of your return package.  

Without this  tracking number you may not properly receive your credit or refund. 

Returns must be in new, unused, resalable condition to be exchanged  or refunded which will be at the discretion of  Harper's Moto Guzzi.  We will refund your return freight on items shipped by Harper's error, only.

We will not accept returned items that are: Damaged; have been installed, used or damaged in any manner; special ordered or purchased more than 30 days previous to return date.

Returned merchandise must be: Returned pre-paid; well packed, insured for your protection, with a return authorization number on the outside of the package. 

Every effort is made to insure correct orders being sent out. However, should we ship to you in error, we will take care of it.  If not, you must pay shipping and all costs incurred in returning the item. If it was not our error, there will be a 20% restock charge.
