International payment, other than credit cards, must be in US Funds. Funds sent by electronic transfer may be subject to fees if charged to us by banks or foreign exchange firms.

Orders received before 12:00 noon Central Time are usually shipped the same day. Exceptions do occur, particularly during peak season, and we will try to inform you of the status when your order is placed.

ONCE THE PACKAGE LEAVES OUR PREMISES, THE RESPONSIBILITY FOR YOUR PACKAGE BECOMES THAT OF THE CARRIER, OR IN THE CASE OF USPS, YOUR RESPOSIBILITY.

SHOULD YOU RECEIVE A DAMAGED PACKAGE IT IS UP TO YOU TO CONTACT THE CARRIER. KEEP ALL BOXES, PACKING AND PAPER WORK.

ALL DAMAGE CLAIMS MUST BE FILED WITH THE CARRIER BY THE RECIPIENT PRIOR TO CONTACTING HARPER'S. AFTER THAT HAS BEEN DONE, HARPER'S WILL ASSIST IN GETTING THE DAMAGED ITEMS REPLACED.

All parts are sold with the assumption that the buyer shall use them in accordance with all Federal, State, and local laws.
